LetsQuit hesabını ve sunucudaki tüm verilerini istediğin an kalıcı olarak silebilirsin.

Ayarlar sekmesine git.
Hesabımı sil’e dokun ve onayla.

Hesabın ve verilerin hemen silinir.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan

Hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden support@letsquitnow.com adresine “hesabımı sil” konulu bir e-posta gönder. Hesabın sana ait olduğunu bu adresle doğrularız ve en geç 30 gün içinde silip sana haber veririz.

Misafir olarak kullandıysan hesabına bağlı bir e-posta yoktur. Bu durumda verilerini uygulamadaki Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil ile silebilirsin; uygulamayı kaldırmak sunucudaki verileri silmez.

Hesabın (e-posta adresin ve şifren)
Profilin (bırakma tarihi, sigara ve fiyat bilgileri, hatırlatma ayarları)
Tüm günlük kayıtların
İlk Hafta Programı ilerlemen
Abonelik durumu kaydın

Silinen veriler geri getirilemez. Yalnızca cihazında tutulan bilgiler (dil tercihi, oyun rekorları) uygulamayı kaldırdığında silinir.

Aboneliğini ayrıca iptal etmeyi unutma. Premium ödemesi App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden alındığı için hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. İptal için: iPhone’da Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler; Android’de Google Play → profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler.

Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your LetsQuit account and all of your data on our servers at any time.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open the LetsQuit app.
Go to the Settings tab.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

If you can’t access the app

Send an email with the subject “delete my account” to support@letsquitnow.com from the email address registered to your account. We use that address to confirm the account is yours, delete it within 30 days at the latest, and let you know.

If you used the app as a guest, there is no email linked to your account. In that case, delete your data in the app under Settings → Delete my account; uninstalling the app does not delete data on our servers.

What is deleted

Your account (email address and password)
Your profile (quit date, smoking and price details, reminder settings)
All of your journal entries
Your First Week Program progress
Your subscription status record

Deleted data cannot be recovered. Information kept only on your device (language preference, game high scores) is removed when you uninstall the app.

Remember to cancel your subscription separately. Premium is billed through the App Store or Google Play, so deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. To cancel: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
