Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, İnci Gülcin (incigulcinstudio) tarafından geliştirilen LetsQuit mobil uygulamasının kullanımını
düzenler. Uygulamayı indirip kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.
LetsQuit tıbbi tavsiye değildir. Uygulamadaki bilgiler, hesaplamalar ve sağlık kazanımları yalnızca genel bilgi ve
motivasyon amaçlıdır; doktor, eczacı ya da başka bir sağlık uzmanının tavsiyesinin, teşhisinin veya tedavisinin yerine geçmez. Sigarayı
bırakırken (özellikle ilaç ya da nikotin ürünü kullanacaksan) bir sağlık uzmanına danış. Acil bir sağlık sorununda hemen 112’yi ya da
bulunduğun ülkenin acil numarasını ara.
1. Hesap
Uygulamayı misafir olarak ya da e-posta adresinle hesap açarak kullanabilirsin. Hesap bilgilerinin doğruluğundan ve şifrenin gizli
tutulmasından sen sorumlusun. Hesabını istediğin an uygulamada Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil ile silebilirsin.
2. Ücretsiz sürüm ve Premium
Temel özellikler ücretsizdir ve reklam içerir. Premium, reklamları kaldıran ve tüm özellikleri açan bir aboneliktir;
aylık ve yıllık seçenekleri vardır. Güncel fiyatlar satın almadan önce uygulamada ve mağazada gösterilir.
3. Abonelik koşulları
- Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple ID ya da Google Play hesabından alınır.

Abonelik otomatik olarak yenilenir. Mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve
fiyatla yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabından alınır.

Aboneliği uygulamadan değil, mağaza hesabından yönetir ve iptal edersin: iPhone’da Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler;
Android’de Google Play → profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler.
- İptal ettiğinde Premium, ödediğin dönemin sonuna kadar açık kalır.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunulursa, denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı abonelik satın alındığında geçersiz olur.

Uygulamayı ya da hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. İade talepleri Apple ya da Google’ın kendi kurallarına göre,
onlar tarafından değerlendirilir.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı yasalara uygun şekilde ve yalnızca kişisel amaçla kullanmayı; uygulamayı kopyalamamayı, tersine mühendislik yapmamayı,
güvenliğini ya da sunucularını bozmaya çalışmamayı kabul edersin.
5. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulamanın adı, logosu, tasarımı, metinleri ve kodu İnci Gülcin’e aittir. Sana uygulamayı kişisel olarak kullanman için
devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verilir. Uygulamaya girdiğin veriler sana aittir.
6. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde,
uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu, tüketici olarak yasalardan doğan haklarını kısıtlamaz.
7. Apple kullanıcıları için
Uygulamayı App Store’dan indirdiysen, bu koşullara ek olarak Apple’ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi
geçerlidir. Bu koşullar seninle İnci Gülcin arasındadır; Apple uygulamanın bakımından ve desteğinden sorumlu değildir.
8. Gizlilik
Verilerini nasıl işlediğimizi Gizlilik Politikası’nda anlatıyoruz.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Yeni sürüm bu sayfada yayınlandığında “Son güncelleme” tarihi değişir; uygulamayı kullanmaya devam
etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; tüketici olarak yaşadığın ülkenin zorunlu koruma kuralları saklıdır. Sorular için:

These terms govern your use of the LetsQuit mobile app, developed by İnci Gülcin (incigulcinstudio). By
downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
LetsQuit is not medical advice. The information, calculations and health milestones in the app are for general
information and motivation only and are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a doctor, pharmacist or other health
professional. Talk to a health professional when quitting, especially if you plan to use medication or nicotine products. In a medical
emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
1. Account
You can use the app as a guest or create an account with your email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate
and your password secret. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete my account.
2. Free version and Premium
The core features are free and ad-supported. Premium is a subscription that removes ads and unlocks every feature, available
monthly or yearly. Current prices are shown in the app and the store before you buy.
3. Subscription terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before
the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

You manage and cancel your subscription in your store account, not in the app: on iPhone, Settings → your name →
Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- If you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own
policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app lawfully and for personal purposes only, and not to copy or reverse-engineer it or attempt to disrupt its security
or servers.
5. Intellectual property
The app’s name, logo, design, text and code belong to İnci Gülcin. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to
use the app. The data you enter belongs to you.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not
liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. For Apple users
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. These terms
are between you and İnci Gülcin; Apple is not responsible for the app’s maintenance or support.
8. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. When a new version is published on this page the “Last updated” date changes; continuing to use the app means
you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of
