Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, LetsQuit mobil uygulamasını (“uygulama”) kullandığında hangi kişisel verilerin işlendiğini,
neden işlendiğini ve haklarını açıklar. Kısaca: yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için gereken verileri tutarız,
verilerini satmayız ve uygulamada analitik ya da takip aracı yoktur.
1. Veri sorumlusu
Veri sorumlusu İnci Gülcin’dir (incigulcinstudio). Gizlilikle ilgili her soru ve talep için:

2. Topladığımız veriler

Sağlıkla ilgili veriler: Günlük kayıtların ve sigara alışkanlıklarınla ilgili bilgiler sağlıkla ilgili
hassas (özel nitelikli) kişisel veri sayılabilir. Bu bilgileri yalnızca sen girersin, girmek isteğe bağlıdır ve
yalnızca sana hizmet sunmak için kullanılır. Reklam için ya da başka bir amaçla kullanılmaz ve kimseyle paylaşılmaz.
Yalnızca cihazında kalan veriler
- Dil tercihin, oyun rekorların ve gördüğün rozetler cihazında saklanır, sunucuya gönderilmez.
- Bildirimler cihazında yerel olarak planlanır; sunucuya bildirim jetonu gönderilmez.
3. Reklamlar ve izin
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir. Bulunduğun bölgede gerekiyorsa (ör. Avrupa Birliği), reklamlar gösterilmeden önce
Google’ın izin formu açılır; kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kabul edip etmemeyi orada seçersin. iOS’ta reklam kimliğin yalnızca
izin verirsen kullanılır. Premium kullanıcılara reklam gösterilmez. Google’ın verileri nasıl işlediğini
Google’ın bu sayfasında okuyabilirsin.
4. Verilerini kimlerle paylaşıyoruz
Verilerin yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için gereken hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşılır:
- Supabase: veritabanı ve kimlik doğrulama (hesap, profil, günlük kayıtları, program ilerlemesi).
- RevenueCat: abonelik yönetimi. Satın alma durumunu kullanıcı kimliğinle eşler.
- Google AdMob: ücretsiz kullanıcılara reklam gösterimi.
- Resend: kayıt onayı ve şifre sıfırlama e-postalarının gönderimi (e-posta adresin).
- Apple ve Google: uygulama mağazaları üzerinden ödeme işlemleri.
Verilerini satmayız ve reklam amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmayız. Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları Türkiye dışında
(ör. Avrupa Birliği veya ABD) bulunabilir; verilerin bu nedenle yurt dışına aktarılabilir.
5. Saklama süresi ve silme
Verilerin hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabını uygulamada Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil ile istediğin an silebilirsin;
hesabın ve sunucudaki tüm verilerin kalıcı olarak silinir. Ayrıntılar ve uygulamaya erişemiyorsan ne yapacağın için:

6. Hakların (KVKK ve GDPR)
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında şu haklara sahipsin:
- Verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve bir kopyasını isteme,
- Yanlış ya da eksik verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme,
- Verilerinin silinmesini isteme,
- İşlemeye itiraz etme ya da işlemenin kısıtlanmasını isteme,
- Verdiğin izni (ör. reklam izni) istediğin an geri alma,
- Verilerini taşınabilir bir biçimde alma,
- Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu’na ya da yaşadığın AB ülkesindeki veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma.
Taleplerini support@letsquitnow.com adresine yaz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.
7. Hukuki dayanak
Hesap, profil ve abonelik verilerini sana hizmet sunabilmek (sözleşmenin ifası) için; sağlıkla ilgili günlük kayıtlarını ve
kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları ise açık rızana dayanarak işleriz. Rızanı, ilgili veriyi silerek, reklam iznini değiştirerek ya da
hesabını silerek istediğin an geri alabilirsin.
8. Güvenlik
Veriler şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS) üzerinden aktarılır. Sunucudaki her kayıt yalnızca sahibi olan kullanıcı tarafından okunabilecek şekilde
erişim kurallarıyla korunur.
9. Çocuklar
LetsQuit 18 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize veri verdiğini düşünüyorsan
bize yaz, silelim.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncellersek yeni sürümü bu sayfada yayınlar, “Son güncelleme” tarihini değiştiririz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama
içinden de duyururuz.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use the LetsQuit mobile app (“the app”), why, and what your rights are.
In short: we only keep the data the app needs to work, we do not sell your data, and the app contains
no analytics or tracking tools.
1. Data controller
The data controller is İnci Gülcin (incigulcinstudio). For any privacy question or request:
support@letsquitnow.com.
2. Data we collect

Health-related data: Your journal entries and smoking habits may be considered sensitive (special category)
personal data relating to health. Only you enter this information, doing so is optional, and it is used only to provide the
service to you. It is never used for advertising or any other purpose and is never shared.
Data that stays on your device
- Your language preference, game high scores and the badges you have seen are stored on your device and never sent to a server.
- Notifications are scheduled locally on your device; no push token is sent to a server.
3. Ads and consent
The free version shows Google AdMob ads. Where required in your region (for example the European Union), Google’s consent form is shown
before any ads, where you choose whether to allow personalised ads. On iOS your advertising ID is only used if you allow it. Premium users
see no ads. You can read how Google uses data on this Google page.
4. Who we share data with
Your data is shared only with the service providers the app needs to work:
- Supabase: database and authentication (account, profile, journal entries, program progress).
- RevenueCat: subscription management. Links your purchase status to your user ID.
- Google AdMob: ads for free users.
- Resend: sending sign-up confirmation and password reset emails (your email address).
- Apple and Google: payments through the app stores.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. These providers’ servers may be located outside
your country (for example in the European Union or the United States), so your data may be transferred internationally.
5. Retention and deletion
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app under
Settings → Delete my account; your account and all of your data on our servers are permanently deleted. For details, and

6. Your rights (GDPR and KVKK)
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to:
- know whether your data is processed and get a copy of it,
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected,
- have your data deleted,
- object to or restrict processing,
- withdraw any consent you gave (for example for ads) at any time,
- receive your data in a portable format,
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or with Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Authority.

7. Legal basis
We process account, profile and subscription data to provide the service to you (performance of a contract), and health-related journal
entries and personalised ads based on your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the data, changing your ad
consent, or deleting your account.
8. Security
Data is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Every record on our servers is protected by access rules so that only the user who
owns it can read it.
9. Children
LetsQuit is not designed for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data,
contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. We will also announce important
changes in the app.
